Classically-Styled Wines that Represent the New California: A Dinner Featuring Wind Gap

165.00

Join us Thursday, June 1 at 6:30pm to enjoy an evening with Winemaker, Pax Mahle who will take us on a journey of exploration of these authentic and compelling wines from some of the most special vineyard sites in California from Russian River Valley to Sonoma Coast to Alexander Valley.

Chef Joseph Magidow will be pairing peak season dishes highlighting the best of early summer with a special focus on seafood from halibut to black cod, to anchovies. We’ll be celebrating California’s bountiful vegetable offerings from favas to asparagus, to spring peas. And of course, nothing says Eastern Mediterranean feast like lamb, pairing beautifully with Wind Gap's Syrahs.

You'll be tasting:

  • 15 Trousseau Gris, Fannuchi-Wood Road Vineyard, Russian River Valley
  • 13 Chardonnay, Sonoma Coast
  • 14 Grenache, Old Vine, Sceales Vineyard, Alexander Valley
  • 14 Syrah, Majik Vineyard, Sonoma Coast
  • 14 Syrah Nellessen Vineyard, Sonoma Coast

The dinner will be taking place in our intimate and magical wine cellar. Price includes service + tax.

Space is very limited.
